Apparently, this is a formatting issue. If you reduce the number of items displayed per page, or if you unselect "show shipping costs", you can alleviate the overlapping text. But I think the better way for the developer to fix it is to put "US$" in a separate column before the "Current bid" column as "Currency".

Also the current bid price becomes blank once the auction has closed. In the past this column would show the final price.
for the shipping price being over written by the "US $" test is as you suggested. A standard auction row consists of four lines when shipping price is turned on. for example
auction # End Time Auction Item Current Bid .....
US $
Shipping Cost
US $
This only allows me to have about 15 auctions on the screen at a time. I would much prefer to have 30 two line auctions than 15 4 line auctions visible at time.
There is an option to enable or disable shipping costs. It would be nice if an option was available for enabling or disable showing of the currency.
I tried making the columns wider (hoping the currency would go on the same line as the current or shipping cost) but that did not work.
Also there appears to be a lot of blank space below the last auction item and the bottom of the window. Plenty of space for more auction lines.
i am running pretty high screen resolution (1900 x 1280) and a font size of 8 and a field high 450.
Also, a redraw button that would redraw the screen after any of the display parameters changed would be nice. Exiting the program and restarting is something of a pain when trying to optimize the screen.

The modified server string also doesn't work!
I'm completely out of action ![Sad]()

Another problem I just found is that if the Current Bid exceeds My Bid, the "outbid" warning does not appear and My Bid box is still green.
I wish I understand the Visual Basic so I can read the source. It's so different than the BASIC I know of.

Now I see the problem. I didn't know what you were talking about yesterday. It seems that even the US servers don't change at the same time.
So, can someone suggest another .ini file fix please? Even if it's a temporary fix?

Hi,
I am using BOM V2.14.8 and for the last few days there is an issue with BOM showing ""Item does not exist on server" for items which are actually available on the ebay.co.uk website.
I have attached a pic and you can see that the 5th item like that is eBay item ID 130781653758 and this does exist on the ebay.co.uk server.
Any ideas what is wrong ?

Ja, genau. Am Dienstag ging alles noch problemlos, seit heute 17.10. bekommt man diese Fehlermeldung auch bei Ebay.de.
Hoffentlich gibt es bald Abhilfe ![Very Happy]()

Hallo,
gleiches Problem nach Neuinstallation. Wollte eigentlich nur die Hilfe nachinstallieren, habe dann aber das genze Paket über die gleiche Version installiert - Option vorhandene Dateien aktualisieren - und schon ging nichts mehr.
Mit der "alten" - gleiche Versionsnummer - hatte es wenige Minuten vorher noch funktioniert.
Scheint doch nicht an ebay zu liegen??

Doch es liegt an eBay, wie eigentlich immer. Die haben viele Server und nur ein Teil liefert die Seiten im neuen Format, das BOM noch nicht versteht.
Sobald alle Server das neue Format liefern kann man BOM umstellen.

I am having the same problems. I am guessing that ebay uk has changed its API and the server strings ini is now out of date, but I have no idea how to correct this.
It is happening in win 7 and win 2000 for me.

Dann siehst du die original Fehlerseite von ebay.
z.B. wenn cookies deaktiviert sind oder so.
(ist der einzige fehler den ich bisher sah als ich ein fehler bekam)

BOM not working for me on UK since last week. Cannot find items when loading watch list although valid item nos. etc etc.
Is Ebay still messing with its page layouts and does anyone have any idea how long it will be before BOM adapts to new formats?
Makes you realise just how convenient BOM is when it stops working ![Wink]()
