I expect this is a known problem, but I couldn't find anything about it by searching for "Buy It Now" - this thread came up as the most recent English language result. Searching for Sofort-Kaufen didn't help either.
At the moment, B-O-M can't tell which items are Buy It Now, on ebay.co.uk. I checked for a version update, but it says it's up to date. Maybe it's being worked on already?
The main problem with this is that I can't use the tool to delete Buy It Now items from the list, any more. B-O-M just lists them as an auction, with no bids and a starting bid equal to the selling price.
