Titel: BOM Will No Longer Logon to ebay

I last used BOM a few months ago. At that time everything was working fine. Today I tried to use it and it goes to the screen shown in the screen capture below and stops. It seems to be going to a file on my computer. This address shows in the address bar of my browser (Firefox):
file:///C:/Users/[username]/AppData/Local/Temp/scratch.html
In spite of the error message the name and password shown in the picture are correct, but I must click on the "Sign In" to get on, even if I am currently logged in. When I click it once I get the same screen again but this time on the web. When I click Sign In a second time I get on to ebay. Obviously it's not possible to bid automatically this way.
Anybody know what's happened?
