Hallöle

Ich hoffe ich stehle niemanden mit meinem "nichtigen" Anliegen seine kostbare Zeit!
Seit heute 14:00 Uhr mag B-O-M keine Gebote mehr abgeben. Bin über B-O-M, bei meiner Wunschplattform angemeldet und "Automatikmodus" ist auch an! Habe auch keine "Einstellungs-Änderungen" vorgenommen.
Liegt es eher an meiner Peripherie oder an der Plattform(das wieder einiges umgestellt wird)?
Vielen Dank im voraus!

Mit eingeloggt sein hat es nichts zu tun. Ich war definitiv nicht eingeloggt und trotz höhere Gebot verloren, und das, mehr als einmal. Bitte updaten?????

OK. Das Problem scheint nicht bei Bietomatic zu liegen, sondern manche verkäufer erlauben nur 1 Artikel alle 10 Tage pro Bieter.

I did have a forum-account (last used january 2013), and wanted to use it again today.
No way to login despite I'm 100% sure about the username/password (I still have the original automatic mail which was confirmed). And I also received topic reply notifications.

Seems the account was now gone completely as I was able to recreate it with the same name/email/password.

What happened to the forum ?

I know of article.csv and history.log

But can't find the location where the color-settings for each line are stored. As an example sometimes the field MyBID is white, sometimes yellow.
I looked into article.csv and can find the data related to the item (such as status a.s.o) but no way to find where the colors are stored.

And that's what I need to know !

Detailed problem description: On every bid now BOM reports item has ended approximately 2 minutes before it actually has. As a result it does not send a bid. I have confirmed that clock can and is synced and it counts down in line with the web page of that item's count down clock but then suddenly it will drop all live items bid time by 2 minutes out of the clear blue. One can manually do a re-sync and the time left will come back into line but as you are watching it count down it suddenly drops by 2 minutes again. This started about 1 and a half weeks ago and has been doing this since. Observation is that the 'Time Left' is jumping erratically to a lower value by 2 minutes. It is always 2 minutes and only does it once while counting down unless a time sync is manually performed and then it will do it again 1 time before end of auction each time you manually time sync. It is guaranteed to do this within 2 minutes of a time sync every time. I should add that it is doing it for all open auctions. If there is less than 2 minutes left at the time it decides to drop by 2 minutes it will show 'Ended' however if you click time sync after that point but before the action really ends it will update it's time again and count down remaining time.
BOM version: V2.14.12

I am signed in properly, everything updates properly.

This has gotten very aggravating as I have lost numerous opportunities to bid on items. I have been a long time user of this product and it is the only sniper product I have used in probably 5 years or better. I have always been able to rely on it. Haven't been able to for the last week and a half.

Please help.

you cannot customize the colors, they are hard coded.

I do not want to "customize" the colors, as an example certain lines have a MyBid colored white, others colored yellow

Somehow this is determined, but I examined the article.csv, and I can't see a reason why they should have a different color.

So, if it's hardcoded, what influences the change in color ? Is it determined when the line is shown, or is it a result of transitions since the line is added.

I got a messed-up installation, and want to correct some unrealistic colors.

Ah, okay. Sounded like you want to change the colors in general.
You cannot change the color directly. They depend on the items properties. In example if your own bid is too low - lower than the next bid step, the bid field becomes yellow. Or it will be green if there is no bid on the item yet.
If you think there are wrong colors then maybe there are some values not correct.

Hi Grosse >Bitte an die Programierer:
Da sich mein Bom jetzt schon seit geraumer Zeit mit 150 Artikeln in der beobachtung verabschiedet, hätte ich gerne im Header beschriebene Funktion im Bom...
ECHT NERVIG ALLE 2 Tage DIE ARTIKEL NEU ZU SUCHEN
bzw aus der History zu extrahieren und wieder im Bom einzufügen..

Ich hab genug zu tuen ohne mich zu Ärgern ....

(In was muss ich mich fortbilden,um entsprechende Funktion selbst zu Erstellen?)Guten Rutsch.....

Liest Du die Artikel denn alle über "Beobachtete Lesen" ein? Sonst stehen sie leider nicht im Log.

Mit einem kleinen Perl-Script (verpackt als Batchdatei), das ich hier samt Perl-Interpreter zur Verfügung stelle, kann man das History.log durchsuchen und die dort gefundenen Artikelnummern zu BOM hinzufügen. Alle Dateien aus dem Anhang gehören ins BOM-Programm-Verzeichnis.

Dann kann man mit add_items_from_log.bat die Artikel aus dem Log auslesen und zu BOM hinzufügen. Ist ein Artikel schon vorhanden passiert nichts. Die max. Anzahl der hinzuzufügenden Artikel kann in der Batchdatei eingestellt werden ($MAX_ITEMS). Es werden immer die letzten MAX_ITEMS Artikel genommen.

Natürlich sollte man sich nochmal der Frage annehmen, warum die Artikel immer verschwinden.

Sounds very strange. But right now I'm not sure that I understood you correctly.

You said that it jumps down by 2 minutes, 2 minutes before end of an item. But then this item should be shown as already finished, right?

What does the History.log states about the time syncs? For the point where it jumps down and espacially when you perform a manual time sync. Does it say something like 'difference 120 seconds' ?

What kind of time sync are you using? SNTP?

Komplette Datei weg oder nur leer? Beides kann aber nicht vom Perl verursacht sein, Datei wird nur lesend geöffnet und gelöscht schon gar nicht!

Hi Leutz,

ab und zu funktioniert bei meinem Firefox die Kontextfunktion (in einer Auktion, mit rechter Maustaste "zu BOM hinzufügen" nicht mehr.
Zu erkennen ist das auch daran, dass im Kontextmenü vor dem Text "zu BOM hinzufügen" die kleine, grüne BOM Grafik fehlt.
Ich habe daraufhin herausgefunden, dass es im FF BOM Addon unter "Einstellungen" den Prorammpfad zu Biet-o-matic zerschossen hat.
Dort steht dann auf einmal nicht mehr "C:\Programme\biet-o-matic", sondern nur noch "bay.de"
Nach Korrektur auf den korrekten Pfad geht auch das Kontextmenü wieder, bis es irgendwann wieder zerschossen ist. Weiß jemand woran das liegen kann?

Benutze FF 26.0 BOM V2.14.12 und BOM FF Erweiterung 1.2

Totally gone. I'm using Win 7 64 bit. Is this a Microsoft bug?

It read all my watched/bidding items into a new file - no .bak file to recover from.

I can't merge items from 3 different usernames either!
